Dispatch
Enter loads easily and create your invoice with a click of the mouse. Attach corresponding documents, such as the bill of lading and rate confirmation, making it easy to send proof of delivery to brokers or pull up any pertinent information with one click.
Mark your loads delivered allowing the dashboard to show the next load or if the truck is available to book. Keep track of paperwork received. Check a box and know that you have received the original documents for a load, keeping you on track.
Safety
Track expiration dates for drivers’ licenses, medical cards, apportion plates, etc. giving an alert when the expiration is within the next 30 days.
Tracks driving hours and will automatically make your trucks unavailable for dispatching util they have hours and renew anything that has expired and needs to be renewed.
The system track maintenance and repairs and links these expenses to the settlement if necessary.
Factoring
All loads created by dispatching are automatically made available to be factored once the bill of lading has been received.
Email all invoices, rate confirmations and bill of ladings with bill of sale in an email link from the system.
Once the bill of sale has been purchased you can lock these loads from having the amounts change, ensuring accuracy on settlements, and end of year reporting.
Settlements
Import any expenses as well as set up the fixed expenses.
Pull each settlement one by one or look at them as a company.
Make changes and add expenses one by one or as a company.
Send these settlements to the trucks, or drivers through the system as a pdf.
All loads will automatically fill for your specific date range and mark loads as paid elimination any payment issues.
Once all settlements have been paid these settlements are locked for the 1099/W2 at the end of the year guaranteeing accuracy.
